After a few flight of stairs -3rd floor- in the wide, carpeted and sunny staircase, you will be delighted to discover our cosy and quiet studio apartment with its peaceful colors , wooden floor and high ceilings. First relax sitting on the comfy sofa facing the nice view out of the double pain windows. Prepare your next day program by connecting your appliances with the fiber wifi connection while seated at the laptop working table. After hanging your clothes in the sizable wardrobe -there is enough space for your luggage-, enjoy a hot and invigorating shower. Although the bathroom is rather small, it has been wisely renovated. It is modern and very convenient. The shower stall is pretty large with sufficient hot water for two people. Your supplied set of towels are warmed up by the towel heating rails. A hairdryer is at your disposal in the closet under the wash basin. You can either go down to have dinner in one of the many typical restaurants and brasseries located in this vivid area or prepare yourself a dinner in the very functional open-plan kitchenette. It is fully equipped with fridge-freezer, induction stove (one hob), multifunction oven (microwave and convection oven) dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, washing and drying machine, iron and ironing board, Nespresso coffee maker and all cooking utensils you may need. The counter is made of natural Jerusalem stone, a souvenir from the time we spent in the Middle East. When it is time to sleep, you will easily pull the bed out of its cupboard without moving the coffee table. Thanks to the up to date Italian Design the bed is to be unfold over table and sofa (kind of Murphy bed). Discover a real comfy bed with soft duvet and pillows. The bed is queen size (150cm) with a thick memory foam mattress. A marvel! You can adjust the HD television screen in order to watch TV when resting on your bed. After a good night sleep you will be fit to start a new day of business, sightseeing or shopping! The air conditioner is an ecological refreshing system with no outside unit due to the historical classified Hausmann building. We look forward to welcoming you in our little gem of 22 sq meters. It is ideal for a couple and best located. A few footsteps to all major attractions (monuments, museums, dept.
