Your luxury bed and breakfast in central Paris will become your very own home away from home. My B&B is the only one listed in the 2016 Frommer's Paris Day by Day guide, it's listed as the 'best value lodging' in Paris and I've also been cited in the UK's Sunday Times Travel magazine. As the B&B overlooks an inner courtyard and private gardens, 52 Clichy is an oasis of calm and peace where birdsong is normally the loudest noise you will hear - this is surprising because you are in the heart of the city. Your bedroom can be organised to accommodate either a very comfortable 2m wide bed with feather mattress or 2 twin beds. Bedlinen is luxury 400 count thread cotton. However, you won’t need to spend too much time in there because you are encouraged to use the apartment as if it was your own home. On warm mornings we can take advantage of the wonderfully sunny terrace to take breakfast. Or you may want to take an aperitif there before dinner whilst planning your next day's schedule. If your feet are tired you can flop onto on the comfortable sofas in the living room to rest after walking around the city all day. Another advantage - there are NO steps / stairs to the top floor - there is a modern elevator to the front door of the apartment. Wheelchair friendly - Internal doors are at least 80cms / 31 inches wide so if you need a wheelchair at times the B&B is perfect. However you do need to be able to take a couple of steps if you come to this propery and not be completely wheelchair-bound. The B&B for 4 people is wheelchair friendly. Your ensuite bathroom has a shower in bath. Your private WC is opposite (as in most French homes the toilet is separate from the bathroom). The washing machine and/or the dryer is available to all guests at €5 per usage. They are in the kitchen so are accessible to both the owner and the guests. There is Free (and very fast - 400 Mb/s) fibre optic internet access and Wifi. We are so central, we are an ideal base for walking / visiting all that Paris has to offer. Guest access 'Make yourselves at home' is the only house rule. Please use the sunny terrace to plan your next day's walking sitting at the table with a glass of wine in your hand. In the living room you can flop onto on the comfortable sofas if you need to rest weary feet. The kitchen is opposite your bedroom so you are encouraged to make teas, coffees etc as everything is provided for you and to pop food and wine in the fridge if you need to too. During your stay Whilst the B&B is my home and I love sharing it, my part is separated so the apartment can also feel completely like it is your home too. I provide breakfast every morning at whatever time you wish and share this with you. This is often when I can answer all your questions or help plan your day. Treat me as your private concierge ! In the evenings we may share a bottle of wine and chat about your day or I can be invisible (whatever you wish).
