Le Loft was originally a 3-bedroom apartment and was converted by the present owner into an enormous loft that is 3x the size of other 1-bedrooms on Airbnb in Nice. As you enter the apartment you come directly into the large bright dining room with open very well equipped kitchen with a small stock to mix cocktails. The dining room and the cozy living room are separated by a wall that was left open on the right and left to maintain the size of the room and to connect the two rooms elegantly, without a door. In the living room there are 2 comfortable sofas and a large TV with applications such as Netflix, Youtube and Prime Video, as well as several TV programs. A large hallway leads to the large bedroom and the bathroom. In the hallway there is a small laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Of course, there is also a clothes horse, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. The bedroom has a large super king bed (180x200cm), plenty of storage space and a bathtub to relax in. There are 2 large washbasins and underfloor heating. Right next to the bedroom is the bathroom with a large rain shower, a large washbasin and the toilet. Underfloor heating has also been installed in the bathroom. There is air conditioning/heating in all rooms and we provide you with beach towels, beach mats and a parasol. Please note that there is NO elevator in this 350 year old building and you will have to walk stairs. The apartment is located on the fourth floor. Restaurants, bars, the fresh produce and flower market, the beach and many attractions are within walking distance. Guest access The entire apartment is at your disposal during the period you have booked. Our co-host will provide details on collecting keys from a lockbox a short walk from the building so you can self check-in. Other things to note There is no elevator in the building.
