Charming cottage with pool

This cottage, dating from the 18th century, has a kitchen, a living-dining room with fireplace, two bedrooms upstairs as well as a shower room and separate toilet. You have at your disposal: dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, TV, Wi-Fi, garden-terrace, barbecue and private parking, shared pool. Beaches are 45 minutes away, the Jonzac spa and thermal baths as well as supermarkets are 7 minutes away by car. The space This house is located in the middle of the Charente countryside, in a hamlet of 4 old houses. This is the starting point for many walks or bike rides. Although our house is semi-detached we are often absent, leaving you to enjoy the pool, garden and fruit from the orchard. Bordeaux is 1 hour away, La Rochelle is 1 hour 15 minutes away and Saintes or Cognac are also quite close. Other things to note The nearest town is 4 km away: Jonzac. There are 2 shopping areas and a covered market every Tuesday and Friday of the year, as well as several bakeries and restaurants.
