Perfect for families, groups, or anyone wanting to experience the South Coast in unforgettable style. The space A wonderfully spacious 5 bedroom Victorian period style home comprising of two levels. The upper level is the main areas of the house, the lower floor has two bedrooms a bathroom and laundry. Upper floor - Bed 1 king bed plus a double bed. - Bed 2 queen bed plus one queen sized sofa bed. - Bed 3 queen bed Lower floor - Bed 4 king bed. -Bed 5 has a king bed and a queen bed - Bed 6 is the main lounge room, which can be utilised as a bedroom. The three single roll out beds can be placed in there, it is private and lockable. There is a luxurious bathroom with a free standing bath dedicated to the fourth and fifth bedrooms. It has its own entertainment area. Please see photos. . PLEASE NOTE, A $50 fee applies for each person over 12 guests, up to 18 guests are Provided bedding. So the first 12 are included in the booking, additional guests are charged $50 per person. If approved Casual guests (not staying over) are charged $25 per day. You must request casual guests by contacting the host directly prior to your stay. Porta-cot for baby/toddler available on request. Bedding provided. There is a play area dedicated to young children with plenty of toys to keep them entertained. The main dining table seats 10 and an additional brought in upon request, and there is another table for 6 in the main lounge. The home has reverse cycle air conditioning in the living areas. We request it’s use sparingly and only when in the rooms. Please do not leave it on all of the time as it is a waste of electricity. There is a fireplace in the dining room. There are outside entertaining areas: the bottom deck area has covered seating. Larger groups can be accommodated in the large outdoor covered entertaining area. Interbane has a wonderful outlook all the way to as far south as Nowra on a clear day. In the evening as the sun is setting a mesmerising view unfolds as the lights of the beachside town and beyond begin to come alive in the distance. The sunsets paint a different scene every evening. Directly across the valley is Mount Mitchell which boasts a waterfall and can be seen during times of heavy rain. Large flocks of birds grace the valley along with eagles and Seahawks. Check out the guidebook on the listing for information about the local area. It’s an old home which has been painstakingly restored and we will not allow wild drunken parties. For those type of parties please go somewhere else. Guest access Entire home is available for all guests. There is a private office which is used by management. The garage is not for use by guests as it is a storage room for equipment. Other things to note Please take note that this property is located right on Bald Hill which is a popular tourist destination. During the weekends you will see and hear traffic. The home is well insulated to sound however motorbikes and sports cars often frequent the area and can be noisy. The wall unit in the main lounge has novels and books for you to read during your stay. A variety of magazines are also available for your use. Also located in the wall unit are games for all ages.
