Walk along a short track to a seat on the edge of the headland to whale watch or just while away the time or just sit on your private verandah and watch the ocean and birdlife . At night enjoy the lights of Ulladulla and Mollymook. There is reverse cycle air conditioning and no hidden cleaning fees. Guest access Sheerwater is just a three minute walk to Rick Stein's award winning Bannisters restaurant. You can experience fine dining or just pop around there for a drink and casual dinner overlooking the horizon pool at the trendy Pool Bar . It is also a short walk to Gwylo Asian Restaurant and the Bannisters Pavilion with its roof top pool bar and eatery. The apartment is light with local art work and floating bamboo floor. It features a small separate bedroom with queen size bed . The ensuite is right next to the bed and is very compact but has all the necessities …. toilet, basin, shower. So if a large bedroom and bathroom are a priority for you this may not be the place. But if you like a large living area with great views in a great location, then Sheerwater has that. Other things to note Sheerwater is situated at the north end of beautiful Mollymook Beach on the South coast of NSW (3 hours from Sydney and 2.5 hours from Canberra). Sheerwater has a microwave, bar fridge, toaster, jug, sink, crockery and cutlery etc so you can self-cater on a basic scale if you wish but it does not have a stove top or oven so you cannot cook elaborate dinners! There are many restaurants, cafes and delis so you can vary your menu. It is close to great shopping in Milton , Ulladulla harbour, golf courses, fishing , boating , bushwalking in the Budawangs and surfing as well as many fine restaurants and bars.
