Beautiful quiet room with double bed, sink and super fast broadband. Sunny and airy in the summer and cosy in the winter. Decorated in comfortable vintage shabby chic style. Anyone who doesn’t, and who clearly hasn’t read the description, will be automatically declined******* IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE BEFORE BOOKING: regrettably..... - no cooking facilities - shared shower and bath with myself and my husband (we use a different toilet and sink) - paid-for on-street car parking with permits with no guarantee of space - no bookings from those with blank biogs, no reviews or bad reviews, only email ID or for third parties - in line with Airbnb security guidance - no arrivals after 7pm. Check out by 10am - no smoking anywhere in house or garden - third floor bedroom - not suitable for children under 15 or those with mobility issues - no unregistered additional guests or visitors without permission - we have a dog PLEASE READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY The room is pretty and light with secure wi-fi, a double iron frame bed, cupboard, chest of drawers, dressing table and chair (suitable as a desk), two bedside tables with drawers, sink and mirror, bedside lamps and ceiling lamp. Electric blanket and extra blanket for winter. The floor is carpeted and the window has a blackout blind for light nights in the summer. You will have towels, a bathrobe, slippers and a hairdryer. We also provide guest earplugs, toothbrush, shampoo, hand sanitizer and eye mask in case you forget anything. A kettle, tea and coffee are available in your room. Current gas safety certificate, electrical certificate, fire alarms, fire extinguisher and a fire blanket in the kitchen. We normally work from home daytimes and enjoy quiet evenings at home. We have a small, quiet, very friendly non-shedding dog called Betty. We love our peaceful little haven in the centre of Exeter, and enjoy helping guests get to know this vibrant city. Guest access We provide tea and instant coffee in your room, and you are welcome to eat snacks in your room. There are dozens of fabulous places to eat within a couple of minutes of walking. Shared large bathroom with toilet, big bath and in-bath shower on the first floor. Please use the sink in your room. No laundry facilities - there is a launderette at the end of the road. PARKING: We can give an on-street parking permit for £5 per day (space not guaranteed). There are also public car parks in the immediate vicinity for day times - Richmond Road carpark and Bystock carpark . You may find a free space on the road which allows you to park overnight or for 2 hours daytime. During your stay Usual checkin between 5 and 7pm depending on our work schedule. Checkout by 10am please. One of us will be here to welcome you when you arrive and when you leave. We respect your privacy and encourage a quiet household. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT ACCEPT BOOKINGS FROM PEOPLE WITH BLANK PROFILES AND NO REVIEWS. When you book let us know a bit about you and why you’re visiting.
