The space The house is a great accommodation for 14 people or for 3 families with children. The accommodation is on 3 floors. On the ground floor there is a space for 4 people that is air-conditioned. The kitchen and living room are fully equipped with kitchen utensils, dishwasher and detergents. The living room has a sofa bed for 2 people, equipped with a satellite TV, a balcony and a pool view. The room has a double bed and a baby crib on request. The bathroom is large, with a shower and a washing machine. On the ground floor there is also a large terrace with garden furniture covered by natural shade. The accommodation on the first floor is accessed by an outdoor staircase. The apartment is air-conditioned and designed for 5 people. The kitchen and dining room are connected to the living room. They are on the south side of the house, so they are sunny all day. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster... In the living room there is a two-seater and a three-seater sofa and a sofa bed for one person. From the living room there is an exit to the balcony and a small terrace with outdoor furniture. Malačka offers a beautiful view of the Kaštela Riviera and the islands. The bus stop is 400m, the shop 100m from the house. The distance to Split is 30 min, and to Trogir 20 min. Nearby are Krka National Park, Cetina Canyon... Makarska, Šibenik or the islands. Guest access In front of the house is a BBQ that guests can use and hang out on the terrace where there is a table for 14 people. In front of the house there is a swimming pool and a sunbathing area in a pleasant environment. Guests have 3 parking spaces at their disposal.
