All guest names are required upon booking. The space Check in time: 12noon Check out time: 1PM To comply with cleanliness and safety standards, we block 1 day in between guests for our staff to clean, change linens and swimming pool cleaning/chlorination for the villa. This 4 bedroom villa was designed with inspiration from the landscape views of Tuscany region in Italy. Enjoy the amazing views of Mactan, Cebu City and Cebu mountains right at the balcony and the infinity pool! NOTE: We advise all guests to have their own car/van to get to the villa. Use WAZE directions to the village We don’t have onsite staffs to cook but feel free to bring your groceries and cook your own food at the kitchen. This is a self service villa, we have staffs only before check in and after check out. 4 Bedrooms 2 Full Bathrooms with bidets Bed layout: 3 queen size beds 2 single beds 2 single sized floor mattress for the 9th and 10th guest 1st floor Living room with 2 aircon units - Guest pool view room - Queen size bed - Full Bathroom (toilet and shower area) 2nd floor - Balcony room - Twin bed room - Mountain view room - 1 full bathroom ** Masters bed room at 2nd floor is locked and restricted from guest access. Amenities: - 65 inch LCD Smart TV with cable tv channels - 27sq meter Infinity pool (4ft to 6ft in depth, please see photos for reference) - Bluetooth wireless speaker - Xbox360 with Kinect games - Water heaters for showers - living room ceiling fan Bedrooms - Aircon - Orthopedic bed mattresses - wardrobe cabinets Kitchen - Gas range stove top - rice cooker - microwave - pots, pans, cutleries, mugs and glasses are provided - air fryer - kettle - 15L water jug - ice bucket Toilet and shower area - rain shower and faucet for the 2 bathrooms - bidets - shampoo, and body wash provided FREE - 1 complimentary free 5-gallon serving of mineral water provided per booking Security: - 2 cctv facing the gate and street area - 1 cctv at garage area - 1 cctv at the side of the villa facing street side - 1 cctv at balcony - village guards do regular roving in the village House rules: - Check out time is 1PM. Late check out fee of P1,000 per hour applies. Maximum to 2 hours late check out to allow our staffs to clean the unit for next guests - We only allow up to 10 guests per stay, NO extra visitors and no daytime visitors allowed - infants below 3 years old are free and don't count as guests in the 10pax maximum - No loud music outside after 10pm daily as this is a residential area. - This is a private residence and we are hosting guests a few days in a month, so we'd appreciate if our Airbnb guests treat it with respect and also take good care of our home, amenities and facilities so we can continue hosting.
