Just a short walk to Penn Hill, where you will find a collection of stunning eateries. A beautiful character property, with charm has an impressive bright entrance hall, benefits from central heating, high speed wi-fi, Smart TVs and Virgin media. The open plan lounge diner is ideal for entertaining. Guests can lounge in the living room, watching TV (with a vast range of channels available), or simply gazing out the window from the window seats underneath overlooking the garden. The fireplace provides a cosy warm atmosphere. A large dining table seats 8, ensuring guests have a place to eat, drink, and socialise. The Kitchen diner is fully equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, full sized fridge freezer, electric range oven with gas hobs, microwave, coffee machine and a full array of cooking utensils. The other reception room lends itself to being a kids play room with an abundance of toys for all ages particularly younger ones. The crafting corner has been a big hit with many of our younger guests. There is also a TV and sofa in this room which can double up as additional sleeping accommodation. First Floor To the first floor there are three bedrooms, further bunk bedroom and a large family bathroom, The master bedroom has a king size bed, with views overlooking the garden, this large bedroom with storage and en-suite shower, sink and toilet. A large modern family bathroom with large bath, and also has a shower over the bath, a really practical space for washing children. The 2nd bedroom has a large king-size bed. Styled in a seaside nautical theme, the bedroom configurations lends itself to being either twins or set up as a large king-size bed. There is a wardrobe, and bedside cabinets. The 3rd bedroom has a double bedroom with storage space and side tables in a very calming colour. There is desk space (in case you have to work whilst here). Bunk room: kids and fun-loving adults immediately fall in love with this space. Twin-size bunk beds provide great space to read and hang out. On the top floor there is a further bedroom that has its own lounge with sofa bed. Kingsize bed, with an en-suite, containing a bath with shower overhead, sink and WC. Views across to the Purbeck Hills in Studland, this really does feel like the upper deck! All bathrooms have body wash, hand soaps and toilet paper. Bath towels and hand towels, are also provided for each bathroom. The Southwest facing rear garden is laid out with a sweeping patio, from the side courtyard through to the main garden, where you find seating and an outside table. There is ample space for the kids to play, and two swings and slide along with a sandpit provides endless hours of fun for the children. Dog Friendly Fret not, you won’t need to send your four-legged friend to the kennels or rely on a kind neighbour to look after your pooch while you’re away. When you enquire or book with us, please let us know that you intend to bring your dog, so that we can get everything in order for you. We can also suggest dog walks, let you know which beaches allow dogs and recommend dog-friendly day trips. Top tip: if you want to take Fido to the beach, head to Sandbanks in Poole, where there’s a dog wash. Woof! Please note we charge an additional £95 per dog. And so that everybody can enjoy the property to its full potential in the future, we are keen to share a few Pet Rules: Pets are not allowed to sit on furniture. Pets are not allowed to go upstairs as carpeted. Pet waste to be collected and disposed of in the black bin. Pets are not to be left unattended in the house at any time.
