The space The apartment is very bright and has air conditioning, a living room with TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room with automatic washing machine. The Health Center of the Port of Mogán is located a few hundred meters from the apartment on the other side of the park and in front of it there is a fully stocked SPAR supermarket. The bus stop is also next to the supermarket. There is a very close Catholic hermitage that carries out religious service on Saturday afternoons. The pharmacy is about 200 meters away.
