Old farmhouse in the olive grove

The simple and carefully renovated farmhouse has three bedrooms, two of them with a double bed and one with two single beds that can be pushed together. Hall, kitchen, living room with dining area and balcony are on the 2nd floor. The spacious south/west-facing terrace is also on the 2nd floor and can also be reached via an external staircase. The bathroom and another bedroom are on the ground floor. The space The house was built in 1845. Many built-in elements such as cabinets, doors, furniture and tiles are still preserved in the original and give the house a stylish and originally authentic character. The house is simply, plainly and practically furnished. There is no TV, but there are a lot of books. For people who like to do without superfluous frills, this place is just right. Hot water is supplied in sunshine with solar collectors. In bad weather, via a boiler. Parking is available in the village square (1 min.) or in the square next to the church (2 min.). For loading and unloading, you can drive up to the house. In the colder seasons, a wood-burning stove can be lit in the living room, which also heats the adjacent two bedrooms. Guest access Our guests have access to all rooms. Other things to note We have a total of three residential units in Villarelli, the "old" house (6 people) and the "new" house with two apartments upstairs and downstairs, each of which can sleep 4 people. If you plan early, a total of 14 adults can stay overnight. For children, there are mattresses if necessary.
