Our apartment is located in the trendy district of Leipzig-Plagwitz. The nearest tram stop "Elsterpassage" is directly in front of the shopping center in the neighboring building. The city center and main train station can be easily reached with tram line 3. The "Elsterpassage" shopping center is directly in the neighboring building. Here you will find numerous shops, such as EDEKA, a bakery, butcher, flower shop, pharmacy, stationery shop and drugstore. You will find many popular restaurants and numerous fast food outlets on Zschochersche Strasse as well as on the popular Karl-Heine-Strasse, which you can reach after a 3-minute walk. Towels and bed linen are included. Cleaning takes place before each new arrival. There is no intermediate cleaning during the stay; the guest is responsible for this. In order not to affect the stay of guests arriving after you, smoking is not permitted in the apartment! Bringing pets into the apartment is also not permitted. We ask for your understanding.
