Ground floor Studio apartments with AC, located in the heart of Senegambia. Part of a larger resort, with pools and you are just a 2 minutes walk away to the beach. Ocean View restaurant on site and many other bars/restaurants nearby. AC included, likewise public WiFi! 24/7 security and off road parking available. The space open plan studio on the ground floor, with an en-suite bathroom with toilet, washbasin and shower. The living space has a kitchenette with electrical cooking hub, a microwave and kettle, in addition to a fridge with small freezer. Cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery are all provided. The studio has AC and a ceiling fan and you have direct access to the patio with garden furniture. Cleaning is included on a 3 times a week schedule. Guest access The Studio is yours to use, the large garden and grounds are for all guests to use, including the swimming pools. There is a large private beach to use and the Ocean front restaurant 'Salt' is open for breakfast, lunch and early dinner. Other things to note We are located in the heart of Senegambia, this means that especially during weekends there might be some nightlife noise in the area.
