On the 1st floor is a spacious living space with kitchen, dining and living room with SAT TV, bathroom with shower/toilet. The 2st floor consists of one double room with balcony with sitting set, one room with 2 beds and whith a nice view directly by the swimmingpool and natur and one room with 3 beds. There is also a bathroom with shower/toilet. Air condition and wireless internet are included in the price . Other things to note Supplements that are not included in the price of accommodation and are paid on the day of arrival in cash: *The deposit is paid upon arrival at the house and amounts to 200,-EUR (the deposit will be returned when leaving the accommodation facility after checking that there is no damage in the facility). *Use of the pool is from 01.05.-01.10. *The villa is not adapted for groups of young people and parties, and the arrival of groups of young people is not allowed.
