Great flat Carolina park (Swiming pool+sauna)

Right next to the awesome Carolina Park and only 5 minutes away by foot from La Carolina metro station, as well as the touristic bus. This modern suite, situated in safe area and decorated with antiques and local objects, is the perfect spot to explore Quito without worrying. The space The building is completely new but we love antiques and the local culture. We tried to furnish using local antiques and crafts. The apartment is very functional, perfect for 2 people (and one child). It's very luminous and comfortable. There are two bathrooms and one balcony from which you can see humming birds. Huge terrace on top floor with panoramic views. Guest access The whole house is open to you. If you come by car or plan to rent one we also have a parking space available in the building. Other things to note Please bare in mind Quito is a big city with three very different area: the south, the historic center and the richer north. The apartment is located in what is called center-north (meaning in the rich part but close to the center) and very close to the entertainment area (so-called Mariscal) where many bars and restaurants are spread over quite a few blocks. The apartment is basically located in Quito's safest area. The building is protected by guards 24/7.
