Guest suite in Hawthorne

Our studio is newly built, with new furniture and brand new laundry. We wanted this space to really feel like a home away from home and have done our best to provide anything you could need to help make that feeling stick. We are very close to LAX, Manhattan Beach and El Segundo. There are parks nearby that are easy to walk to, as well as cafes and grocery stores. Please check out our guidebook for specifics! The space Our studio is a newly renovated and clean space, completely private to our guests. You have your own bathroom, kitchenette and laundry. Smart TV with Netflix is provided - you may log into any other app available using your own login credentials. We provide a few cooking basics (olive oil, spices, electric cooktop and microwave). Coffee and tea are also provided, with a French press and electric kettle as well. Free and clear laundry soap is available for use - located under the kitchen sink. If you do use the laundry machines, we kindly ask that you leave the washer door open when finished so it can dry out! We will provide one parking space in our driveway for you, or there is street parking. Please note the times for street sweeping on Thursdays and Fridays! Heating and air conditioning are also available in the studio and the unit is remote controlled. We provide a high chair and a pack and play for our guests with small children. Guest access The entire studio is available to the guests and includes private laundry. There is NO ACCESS to the backyard. Other things to note Pets are NOT allowed.
