The patio is perfect for eating outside or enjoying a cocktail without foot traffic to intrude on your privacy. Shared gas BBQs are available near the main lap pool area (unfortunately the community doesn't allow them at homes any longer). Please note that the outdoor patios are not frequently cleaned by housekeeping, and regular dust storms could require they be dusted before use. Guest access All guests are greeted by the security gate, and only registered guests are allowed entrance. Registered guests have full access to the resort's many pools and hot tubs, club house, and well appointed gym from 6am to 10pm. Access to the house is keyless, and check-in instructions with your personal entrance code to open the door will be sent the day before arrival. Please note that there is a video doorbell that records entrance and exit to the house. Other things to note Use of ChargePoint Level 2 EV charger (Tesla and J1772 adapter available) in garage will be billed to renter for the actual cost of use after check out.
