We are proud to announce No Smoking on premises property. This Duplex A Lake house overlooks Starke Lake in Central Florida. Great fishing, magnificent sunsets and Disney fireworks every night . Close to Disney 19 miles & 12 miles to Universal & 14 miles to Downtown Orlando. Other activities include air boating, Cape Cape Canaveral and centrally located just 1 hour from ocean or gulf. Please NO SMOKING on premises. The space Beautiful views of the lake, sunsets and even Disney fireworks every night at 8. Close to everything including Universal Studio and all the water parks. Plenty of room to just chill out with family and friends. This house is a duplex with separate entrances. NO SMOKING ON PREMISES. Guest access The pool is very private surrounded by bamboo with a beautiful private gazebo to relax in. Open availability. The spa has a $50 per hour charge by appt. We have refrigerator with bottled water. Fresh towels are in brown cabinet by outside shower. Lounge chairs for both in and out of pool. Outdoor changing room and bathrooms by pool. Other things to note Garbage containers are behind grey house to the east of the duplex in large garbage bin holder. Green bin is for regular garbage and blue pail is for recycling. If they are full just leave outside the large garbage container. I have 8 houses on property with other garbage bins.
