Lake View Lock-off

Private apartment is the ground level of my home, with lake view from living, patio & 1 bedroom. You have your own entry, carport and patio with all day sun & bbq grill. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, smallish living room with open kitchen ( fridge, microwave, hot plate, coffee maker, toaster oven - no real oven). Decor is mountain cabin - not fancy but perfectly comfy. 2 TVs & WiFi. Bedroom 1 has king bed and lake view. Bedroom 2 has queen and own TV. 5th guest gets air mattress. The space On the outskirts of Dillon 5 miles from Keystone. Breckenridge and Copper Mtn are 20 minutes away by car, Vail 40 minutes. 1 mile to restaurants, bars, marina... in downtown Dillon (nice walk in summer). Free county bus 0.2 mile walk, will take you to all towns and ski areas. There is covered parking for 1 car, and probably a spot for a 2nd depending on how much snow we have (usually ok). Driveway is sloped so no bald tires please! Sound travels in the house, so I can't say it's completely private (if you're yelling I'l hear you) and you might hear me walking above you, but we won't see each other unless you want to. But I'm happy to answer questions and tell you about fun stuff if you knock on my door. Well behaved kids are welcome - laughter & singing are good, constant screaming is not. Home has not been officially child-proofed but not much is breakable (parents check knife drawer). Help yourselves to sleds, feel free to build snowmen and have snowball fights! Summer: I have 2 kayaks that i play with on Lake Dillon, and some PFDs. If you can swim and aren't afraid of cold water you can borrow them. But I am not responsible for your safety! Accessibility: you can walk/slide right into apartment from carport. But bath doorway is only 22", unfortunately not good for most wheelchairs. Other things to note House laundry room is your space so if your stay is more than 1 week I might need to use it, of course only during reasonable times (I won't be in your bedrooms or living room).
