The space I have gotten a lot of good feedback from guests about the space. They like how clean and uncluttered it is. There’s a kitchen so you can cook, if you’d like. A spacious living room with a mid-century modern vibe provides a nice place to relax or socialize. There’s even a desk, if you need a place to work. Plus, a washer and dryer with detergent provided so you can pack lighter. I’ve also included some little touches like water on the bedside tables :) My goal is for you to have a clean and relaxing place to come back to after a full day or fun night in Vegas! Your reservation includes a master bedroom/bathroom along with two regular bedrooms that have access to a shared hallway bathroom. All rooms feature Queen beds. The reservation includes two guests for each room, with the option of one additional guest on a sofa sleeper in one of the bedrooms. Bedrooms also include full-length mirrors plus large closets and dressers to store your clothing and other items. Unpack and make yourself at home! Guest access Keyless entry provided for condo and to each bedroom making coming and going easy and secure. Late night check-ins are no problem (just be respectful of the neighbors, please)! There is free laundry available on the property as well as access to a community pool. Other things to note You can park for free in any of the outdoor parking spots on a first-come, first-serve basis near the unit. We also have a garage available for $10/night (weekly / monthly discount: 15% / 30%) HOUSE RULES If you smoke please do so outside in the designated area - this is a smoke free residence. We are 420 friendly as long as it is done outside in the smoking area. Please treat our condo as a home and not a hotel room. Since this is a private home, no unauthorized guests are allowed. Please do your best to clean up after yourself but of course leave any sheets/towels that need to be washed unfolded on the floor. This is NOT a party spot. Neighbors are in close proximity (Only one wall is shared though), so please, no loud music/noise between 10pm-7am on weekdays; 1am-9am on weekends.
