A peaceful luxury farm house in a very private location, for people looking for a cut-off with everyday life. The agricultural farmland is mostly made up of Olive trees arranged along terraces on hillside, Blueberries bushes and Plum trees. The property is located on a panoramic point with a 360* spectacular view on flat landscape, hills and The Alps. Surrounded by quiet forests and pathways to go for relaxing walks or hiking experience. A golf course is just a few minutes drive from here. The space Style, merging traditional with contemporary for a unique experience inside a completely re-built farmhouse using up-to date materials and with underfloor heating. The apartment is also equipped with air‐conditioning (AC) unit. Spacious bathroom, comfortable mattress, kitchenette with fridge, induction, hood, microwave, sink and complete set-of accessories. Guests are welcome to use: Garden with outdoor furniture, terrace with dining table and amazing views. Guest access 1 hour drive from Turin Airport, 30 min drive to Alba (Langhe region) 30 min drive to the closest mountain site, 1 hour drive to sea site (Liguria region). Electric car charging point available at the premises (charges apply at €0.69 per kwh). For setting up single beds there is a one-time fixed 30euros charge. The cost covers additional laundry and effort for setting-up and reverting back to normal. The city tax of 1euro per night per person and any charges as detailed above should be paid in cash prior to check-out. Pets: For pets there is one-off charge of €50 to cover extra cleaning, this to be paid directly to host. Other things to note Traditional Italian breakfast will include cereals (such as Museli, Cornflakes), biscuits, marmalade, a pack of toast slices, fruit, coffee, tea, juices etc. Fresh milk will be placed in the refrigerator for all guests on arrival. Fruit and vegetables in this part of the world are seasonal and moreover locally produced, which is of huge benefits, both for environmental reasons and personal health. We are happy to provide as a courtesy a selection of fruit free of charge on arrival to all new and returning guests.
