It features a dedicated breakfast setup with a kettle, coffee machine, and toaster to start your mornings perfectly. • Bathroom: A remarkably spacious, bright, and elegantly designed private bathroom. • Private Balcony: Your own intimate, exclusive outdoor corner equipped with a small table and chairs, perfect for breakfast or evening aperitifs. Relax on comfortable sunbeds and upholstered chairs to admire breathtaking sunsets behind the majestic Monviso mountain. Shielded under the shed, you will find a large dining table, perfect for enjoying al fresco meals in the shade. • The Garden: A lush, beautifully maintained green space fully equipped with additional outdoor lounge furniture. • The Olive Grove & Nature: Surrounding the property is our completely natural olive grove, perfect for peaceful walks. Here, you can immerse yourself in rural life, occasionally spotting grazing cows and our beehives. Breakfast & Guest Services Traditional Italian Breakfast & Welcome Fruit We provide a traditional Italian breakfast to kickstart your day. This includes a selection of cereals (such as muesli and cornflakes), biscuits, marmalade, a pack of toast slices, coffee, tea, and juices. Fresh milk will be waiting for you in the refrigerator upon arrival. As a special courtesy, we also provide a complimentary selection of fresh fruit to all new and returning guests. In our region, fruit and vegetables are locally produced and highly seasonal, offering fantastic benefits for both your health and the environment. • Dietary Requirements: Gluten-free breakfast or any other specific dietary needs are happily available upon request. Twin Bed Setup: If you require the bed to be set up as single beds, there is a one-time fixed charge of €35 to cover the additional laundry and setup effort. Pet Policy: Pets may be allowed upon prior request, subject to evaluation to ensure the studio is suitable for them. A one-off charge of €50 applies to cover extra deep-cleaning. Guest access Our farmhouse is nestled in the scenic hills of Saluzzo, a historic medieval town in the Piedmont region. To reach the property, you will drive up a fully paved, private access road that winds beautifully through a peaceful woodland, eventually opening up onto a stunning hillcrest (poggio) with breathtaking, panoramic views. While the location offers total seclusion and tranquility, it remains very close to the town center. Due to our hillside location, arriving by car is highly recommended. How to Reach Saluzzo:By Air: The closest airports are Cuneo Levaldigi (CUF) (approx. 20-25 mins drive) and Turin Caselle (TRN) (approx. 1 hour and 15 mins drive). Milan Malpensa (MXP) is about 2 hours and 15 mins away. Car rentals are available at all airports. By Train: The nearest main railway hubs are Savigliano and Cuneo. From either station, you can easily reach Saluzzo via local regional trains or frequent direct bus services. Other things to note Check-out & Important Notes Flexible Check-out: We are happy to be flexible with check-out timings, provided there are no other incoming bookings on the same day. Tourist City Tax: A local tourist council tax of €1 per guest, per night (for a maximum of 8 nights) applies. Payments: The city tax and any additional service charges (pets, bed setup, etc.) must be paid directly to the host in cash/wire transfer prior to check-out. 🚗 Electric Car Charging: We are happy to support your electric vehicle during your stay! Just a gentle heads-up: to ensure the safety of our electrical system, charging is available during daylight hours only (8am/7pm) Since our property is located at the end of the power line, night-time charging can sometimes cause low voltage issues.
