The charming stucco bungalow in beautiful NE Portland is located on a treelined street in the Alberta Arts / Concordia district. It's across the street from Alberta Park and a quick walk to some of the best food and drink in the city. The home has been thoughtfully preserved and decorated and lets in an incredible amount of natural light. The outdoor space offers an incredibly private area to relax or enjoy a meal on the deck. It truly feels like a home away from home! The space The charming stucco bungalow is situated just across the street from a beautiful park on a tree-lined historic street. There is a large driveway with ample parking. Upon entering the front door you will be greeted by the comfortable light-filled sitting room that flows into the adjacent dining room. The kitchen is roomy and enjoyable to cook in and equipped with high-end appliances and all your cooking basics. Both bedrooms are also located on the main level with the bathroom conveniently located between them in the hallway. Down a flight of well-lit stairs, you will find the entertainment room with a large couch for watching TV or listening to music. However, we recommend getting out and enjoying our great city instead! Guest access If you need an early check-in or late check-out, please try to let us know more than 24 hours in advance and we will confirm availability. If requesting more than 1 hour, we charge a nominal convenience fee of $20/hr due to scheduling changes for our cleaners. The driveway can comfortably fit two cars, plus there is plenty of off-street parking around the corner on the side street. Other things to note We kindly ask that you do not bring any food or drink into the basement besides water. Any stains to the carpet or furniture will require an additional cleaning fee.
