The space Our modern and spacious family house (190 m², built in 2016) comfortably accommodates 6 guests with 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. Thanks to excellent insulation it is comfortable both in winter (underfloor heating) and in summer, and very little outside noise enters the house. Private parking space behind the house (dedicated spot). Located in a newly built neighborhood, car-free behind the house, very family-friendly with an outdoor playground nearby, and close to daily amenities, a swimming pool, nature and forests. 8 minutes' walk from the train station and city center (Amsterdam 20 minutes away by train Entry: Private entrance from the street, hallway with toilet. Ground floor: On the ground floor (80 m²) the kitchen, dining table, living area (with fireplace) and a small study are all located in one single, open-plan area. There is a beamer projector for a home cinema experience.
