B and B set in small Derbyshire village with excellent walking from house. The space Double bedroom with large wardrobe ,TV with DVD player and seating. Exclusive use of bathroom with pressure shower. Access to large kitchen for fridge, tea and coffee milk provided. Large table can be used in the evening as a work station. You will not be disturbed. WiFi speed is 52,000 MB/s. Guest access Free Parking. Sole use outside door. Access may be from a key lock if I am not home, normally I will be on site. Access to bedroom, stairs, bathroom, kitchen. The letting area is private for your use. Other things to note smoke and vape free house. Please keep the outside door closed at all times.
