On the ground floor overlooking the communal garden and the entrance are the kitchen and a guest toilet. The kitchen has an electric stove, fan oven, fridge, and dishwasher. There are tea and coffee making facilities provided for all guests. The second level overlooks a park and there is a dining room table, library and living room with a large and comfortable sofa. The upper level has a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Guest access You are welcome to use all the indoor spaces. Please note that the balcony will be shared with a cat that comes and eats there. Other things to note There is no TV or microwave in the apartment. The laundry room is located in the basement and is shared with two other apartments. The apartment is not suitable for guests with cat allergies.
