Large character apartment with an area of 70 m2. Rated 3 stars and located in the imperial district, a 10-minute walk to Metz train station, and a 15-minute walk to the city center. Located on the 5th floor without elevator access in an old building. Once at the top, a magnificent view of all of Metz will open up to you. It has just been lovingly renovated and will be perfect for 2-4 guests whether for business trips or families coming to enjoy the comforts of a large apartment. The space The apartment consists of: - a large living/dining room - a fully-equipped kitchen - bathroom with shower and toilet - Two large bedrooms - A storage room/wardrobe Upon arriving in the apartment, the door opens onto a corridor adorned with golden palm trees that will lead you to the living room where you can gather around a meal in a warm and cozy atmosphere! You will also find an equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, traditional oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine) as well as all the necessary kitchen utensils to cook good dishes as if you were at home! The living room is equipped with a TV connected to a Chromecast (not equipped with a TV box – possibility to connect to Netflix, YouTube, Molotov TV, Canal+Play with your credentials). The password to connect to the free WiFi (very high speed fiber) will be provided. In the night area: - 1 pretty pink room with savannah wallpaper that can accommodate 2 people. It consists of a 140/190 cm double bed and a dresser to store your things - 1 second green bedroom with palm tree wallpaper, which can accommodate 2 people. Bed linens are provided The Bathroom: Equipped with a shower with a sink, hair dryer and toilet. Bath towels are provided. You will also find available: a washing machine, iron, ironing board, clothes drying rack. The apartment is NON-SMOKING, we kindly ask that you absolutely respect this. Parties and events are also strictly FORBIDDEN. Filming is strictly prohibited under penalty of prosecution. Please take out your garbage and put it in the collection points on Rue Drogo on the right as you exit the building. Please also provide the exact number of guests when you request to book. Dishes used during your stay must be cleaned in the dishwasher and put away upon checkout. Used bath towels should be in the basket in the bathroom. Inviting other people into the apartment is not allowed. Check-in is BETWEEN 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. Check-out before 11am Any check-in outside these time slots will only be done if we have been notified without our agreement, you will be charged an additional €90. Similarly, for checkout, it is done BEFORE 11 a.m. without prior agreement for a late checkout on our part, a sum of €90 will be charged. Third-party bookings will be canceled. Guest access The apartment is located on a street where parking is free. You can also park in paid parking spaces if free spaces are no longer available.
