Delightful 2 bed character cottage in the attractive village of North Creake, only 3 miles from Burnham Market & 5 miles to Wells-Next-The-Sea. The Cottage has been fully renovated & offers a spacious main bedroom with King Size bed. The second bedroom has a trundle bed for 2 children or can be made into a double bed. There is off road parking, garden, secure bike storage, fully equipped kitchen, gorgeous modern downstairs bathroom, wood burner, 4K smart TV & WIFI. Fri-fri only summer hols The space Wishing Well cottage was fully refurbished in 2022 and provides a high standard throughout. The well-equipped kitchen is bright and spacious and includes an easy to use modern hob, oven and microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine. Everything you would need to make a quick breakfast or big family meal. The lounge includes new sofas, dining room table to seat 4 and a 43" 4K Smart TV. There is a traditional wood burner to keep you toasty. The downstairs bathroom is seriously gorgeous with a luxury power shower, just the job after a day out exploring the North Norfolk Coast. Going up the steep staircase leads you to a very spacious main bedroom with king size bed, loads of storage and views over open fields. The second bedroom has a trundle bed for 2 children or can be made into a double bed which will sleep 1 adult, or 2 adults if you like it cosy! This room looks over the rear garden. There is also off road parking for 2 cars, gardens and secure bike storage in an outhouse. The cottage is just a 3 minute walk from the traditional village pub; The Jolly Farmers. Just 5 miles from the cottage is the popular seaside town and port of Wells-Next-The-Sea. This small town boasts a spectacular sandy beach fringed by pine woodland, a peaceful harbour with clusters of small fishing boats and a beautiful town peppered with fine Georgian houses, quiet pubs and quaint independent shops. The nearby village of Burnham Market is known as 'the loveliest village in Norfolk' There are over 30 highly original independent and specialist shops, beauty salons, and galleries, selling a wide range of exciting deli products, vibrant and stylish accessories for home and garden, paintings, prints and unique coastal artworks, trendy and traditional clothes for all the family. There is an exciting array of eateries serving everything from cappuccino to sea bass, afternoon tea and cakes to a club sandwich. You may even spot William, Kate and their children who have a holiday home nearby. Guest access The cottage has parking for 2 small cars or 1 large one. It has its own secure, private sunny garden with a picnic bench. A stairgate, travel cot, dining table booster seat, books and games are provided for children. The main bedroom is large, so plenty of room for a travel cot (a fitted bottom sheet is provided but no duvet/sleeping bag so please bring your own) Please note the cottage has a traditional Norfolk box staircase which is steep and therefore not suitable for less mobile guests. Other things to note The Airbnb pricing system is suited to short breaks of 3/4 night or a full week. The garden is detached from the house, it is 15 metres walk from the back door.
