Charming Hunt Country Cottage w/ Pool

Welcome to Camden Cottage! A peaceful guesthouse on 7.5 acres in Hunt Country. Walk to Camden Hunt Kennels, minutes to the SC Equine Park, and close to historic downtown. Cozy 1-bedroom with full kitchen, streaming TV (Netflix, Peacock, YouTube TV & more), and access to the pool and grill. Guests love the spotless, quiet setting and easy access to steeplechase races, Revolutionary War sites, festivals, golf, and Lake Wateree. Pets welcome ($35). The space Our cottage sits on a quiet 7.5-acre property that we share with 3 horses and 4 friendly dogs. Guests are welcome to enjoy the pool, outdoor seating, and grill; shared only with us as the owners. The property is fully fenced with traditional 3–4 slat horse fencing, which safely contains our horses but is not designed to keep dogs in. Our dogs live happily off-leash and may wander the property; they’re friendly and know the road is dangerous, but please note the fencing will not contain pets. You’ll enjoy the charm of country life like the sounds of horses and roosters, wide open skies, and peaceful surroundings; all just minutes from Camden’s restaurants, historic sites, and equestrian events. Guest access Guests have private use of the cottage and shared access; only with us as the owners (and our 4 friendly dogs); to the pool, outdoor seating, and gas grill. The property is fully fenced with 3–4 slat horse fencing; which safely contains our horses but is not designed to keep dogs in. Our dogs are off-leash and may greet you during your stay; they’re very friendly but please keep in mind the fencing will not contain pets. You’re welcome to walk and enjoy the grounds up to where our driveway meets the neighboring property. Other things to note Pets welcome with a $35 fee; please let us know in advance. GPS may sometimes direct you to our neighbor’s home; look for the mailbox across from the driveway and the entrance between two large shrubs. Our property is fully fenced with 3–4 slat horse fencing; it safely contains our horses but will not contain dogs. Our dogs are off-leash; they are very friendly and may greet you during your stay. Please do not pet or feed the horses unless we are present. The pool and grill are shared only with us as the owners; please enjoy them respectfully.
