ACCOMMODATION: fully equipped and functional house of about 50 m², north-facing so not very bright: On the ground floor: entrance overlooking: • Equipped kitchen: Espresso machine (ground coffee available), kettle (tea bags/infusion available), microwave, small refrigerator, 2 ceramic hobs (⚠difficult to put 2 large pots to heat at the same time), dishes for 4, dishwasher, table and chairs that can accommodate up to 4 people. • The living room with sofa bed (with a real mattress 160 cm wide), coffee table and TV. • Bathroom fully designed for your well-being with double shower, vanity and sauna • Toilets (paper available) Upstairs: an open-plan bedroom with 1 queen bed 180*200 cm, TV and storage cabinet with drawers (no wardrobe). narrow ⚠ room to accommodate a baby bed. If necessary and on request, we can lend you all the equipment necessary for the maintenance of the premises during your stay. Guest access 5 minutes from the Brest/Rennes 4-lane highway, 3 minutes from the city center of Langueux or Yffiniac. 8 km from Saint-Brieuc, 20 km from the seaside resort of Pléneuf Val André and its thalasso, 28 km from Erquy, 41 km from the Cap Fréhel lighthouse, 19 km from Binic. Each listing has a parking space adjacent to the listing. Parking is also available in front of the accommodation.
