BEAUTIFUL HOUSE IN A GREAT NEW GATED COMMUNITY VIA SAMBORONDON KM 11.5 20 minutes from the Guayaquil airport, close to shopping centers (Plaza Milan, Plaza Lagos, the biggest mall in Ecuador Riocentro El Dorado) It is diagonal to Plaza Tia Central Mall. The subdivision has 24 hours security. The house has a modern and new decoration. The space The house is very comfortable and has internet WI-FI, the cable tv service is prepaid and is not included in the price, telephone for local calls only, air conditioning and fans in all the rooms. We do not offer towels (out of courtesy we have some available), shampoo, soap, detergent, toilet paper. Out of courtesy we offer soap and toilet paper ONLY at your arrival day. Guest access The property has a private and cozy back yard. Also a small front garden. We have in front of the house a basketball court and a little park for relaxation time. If you stay for a week you have access to both house clubs (swimming pools and gym). Other things to note FOR SECURITY REASONS, we request guest information and a passport or ID copy with an updated picture prior to your arrival in order to submit it to the Gated Community Administration Office. At the check-in date, you must show the same ID or PASSPORT to the property manager. Whoever books the property MUST BE present at the check-in and check-out date. If you do not look like the photo of your ID or PASSPORT, you won't be allowed to check-in. Please be aware to carry another ID with an updated picture just in case. WE ACCEPT BOOKINGS IN ADVANCE ONLY FROM 6 MONTHS to 5 DAYS PRIOR to YOUR CHECK-IN DATE. Thank you. FOR SECURITY REASONS, we ask for guest information and a copy of your passport or ID with an updated photo before your arrival to deliver it to the private citadel's administrative office. On the day of your check-in, you must present the same identity document to the property manager. Whoever books the property MUST BE present on the day of check-in and check-out of the property.
