Close to all amenities such as grocery and convenience stores, public boat launch and a short drive to Niagara strip, and family fun for any adventure. The space No loud music during the day and please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. Basement is tenanted and shared area is the laundry room. Guest access Full access to deck only (not grassy area) and front patio, basement game room equipped with 55” television, ping pong, foosball table and board games. Shared laundry and some communal outdoor areas with basement apartment. Other things to note Please ensure all garbage and recycling is removed from the house and placed on the curb on garbage Sundays. As well, all remaining garbage to be placed in provided bins at the side of the garage. Please also note that there is a bbq for your use with electric, charcoal and propane grilling options. We do not provide propane or charcoal, this is your responsibility.
