Other things to note You are renting a temporary residential apartment, so the condo rules must be strictly respected and take care of the place as your home! It is important to know: - We offer a clean and free bed and bath linen. We do not make the free change of the linen during the stay. If you need to renew the linen, simply request it in advance and for a small fee of R$50. - We offer basic items such as shampoos, soaps, toilet paper, trash bag and detergent for 1 day. We do not replenish these items. - Washing your clothes is an important task, and we know that! So, if you need to use the laundry, don't worry, a fee of R$10 per cycle is charged. Ask the host. - The cleaning fee refers to cleaning at your checkout only. Q. Is the apt in need of extra cleaning? We offer the service for a fee of R$ 155, which includes changing the linens.
