Dining table with 4 chairs and 300mega wi-fi. Work quietly and have full meals. Living room with comfortable sofa, smart TV and air-conditioning. Bedroom with standard double bed, window with blackout curtain and wardrobe. Complete bed linen with 4 pillows. A steam ironing board is available to make your clothes smooth. Toilet and bathroom with full bath set and hairdryer. Kitchen with 2-burner cooktop stove, 2-door refrigerator, microwave, electric coffee maker and sandwich maker. Plus dishes, cutlery, glasses, bowls, pots and everything you need to cook your way. Enclosed glass balcony, with curtain and bistro table to enjoy the incredible view at dusk. And if you want to cool off, you can take a dip in our infinity pool overlooking the city, or if you prefer to relax, our sauna is ready to welcome you (1st floor). And when you need to celebrate a special occasion, you can book BBQ area (R$100, 20 people, 1st floor) or the elegant and perfect ballroom (R$150, 40 people, ground floor). Booking is only available for stays of more than 7 days. And of course we couldn't help but mention our super animated game room (ground floor). Other things to note You are renting a temporary residential apartment, so the condo rules must be strictly respected and take care of the place as your home! It is important to know: - We offer a clean and free bed and bath linen. We DO NOT exchange bed linens free of charge during the stay. If you need to renew the trousseau, just request it in advance and for a fee of R$50. - We offer basic items such as soaps, toilet paper, trash bag and detergent for 1 day. We DO NOT replace these items. - Washing your clothes is an important task, and we know that! So if you need to use the laundry, don't worry, you'll be charged a fee of R$10 per cycle. Make your reservation in advance. Use without an appointment may be subject to a fine. - The cleaning fee refers to cleaning at your checkout only. Q. Is the apt in need of extra cleaning? We offer the service for a fee of R$155 already included the change of linen. Agende 1 day in advance. - Saving energy is taking care of the environment! We have a limit of R$250/month for stays over 28 days. The average per day is R$8.30. Take care not to exceed this amount too much. Any difference will be requested later!
