Please note: The staircase to the 2nd floor is steep. (Dogs are not allowed on beds or furniture.) The space Entire house and yard as well as one off street parking spot. The house has WiFi with a great signal. Each TV has a Roku with Netflix. (Feel free to log into any other account you have as well.) The backyard has a fire pit and a charcoal grill for your use. Starbucks is 5 minutes down the road, but Bay City has many great coffee shops throughout town if that’s more your vibe. The kitchen is stocked with all the pots, pans and dishes you’d need for meals. One bedroom downstairs and two rooms upstairs. The house can sleep six (two in the downstairs bedroom, two in the upstairs queen, one in the twin and one on the sofa). Guest access All spaces except the storage shed or attic. Other things to note This house is not handicap accessible. The stairs are very steep. Smoking outside only. This house was built in 1890 and has the historic charm of a house from that era. It has quirks. This is not a new built home, which the right guests will find charming. PETS MUST BE INCLUDED ON YOUR RESERVATION **If you bring a pet that is not included on your reservation you will be asked to leave and will NOT receive a refund. ** I am sorry to sound so strict about this, but we have had has an uptick of guests not disclosing pets to avoid the pet fee. We have to charge a pet fee because it takes our cleaners longer to clean after a pet has visited. Our cleaners need to be fairly compensated. The entire cleaning fee goes to them.
