The house is 10 minutes drive from Sunshine Coast airport. Drive distances: - 20 minutes to Noosa main beach. - 20 minutes to Mooloolaba - 10 minutes to Peregian Beach - 5 minutes to the Coolum Beach. - 2 minutes to Point Arkwright beach. If you’re into golfing, this is the perfect location for you. Located 100m from Palmer Coolum resort golf course, which has been home to a number of PGA’s. Personally a cheaper and more enjoyable course (less water) is the Mount Coolum course which is only 5 minutes drive from the house.
