Each bedroom is a luxurious suite that is stylishly decorated with all new furniture and high-quality mattresses and bedding. The master bedroom has a flat screen smart TV. The bathrooms are all brand-new and gorgeous! Each bathroom was just remodeled and outfitted with high-end materials and finishes. The kitchen and dining room are ideal for cooking and entertaining. This property features a spacious eat-in kitchen full of natural light. The kitchen is situated next to the formal dining room and the den and overlooks the backyard. You do not need to bring a thing from home, as this kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, gas stove, oven, pots, pans, mixing bowls, dishwasher, microwave, both indoor and outdoor dishes, cooking and eating utensils. If you are not in the mood to cook, there are plenty of delivery options or take a 5 minute drive down to The Strip and dine at some of the best restaurants in the country. The backyard has an amazing outdoor living and patio space with a sparkling pool and jacuzzi (FEE for heating). There are several outdoor seating areas as well as a comfortable dining area. The very sunny and private backyard is the perfect place to swim, and relax with family and friends. Guest access Guest has access to the entire home. The locked closet downstair is only a maids closet which guests do not have access to. Other things to note All guests have to submit Passport/Driver's License on airbnb messenger after booking. All guest will be verified at check in. NO EXCEPTIONS. I also only book Verified Airbnb guests. JACUZZI HEATING FEE: $45 per day . (Used to be FREE until the surge of gas prices which we had to start charging for spa) POOL CANNOT BE HEATED DURING THE WINTER. ***IF OUTSIDE TEMPERATURE IS BELOW 60F THE POOL HEATER CANNOT BE USED. So please do not book home if this is the primary reason and we cannot turn on pool heater. Payment can be made closer to date of arrival to check temperature. POOL HEATING FEE: $135 per day (Need 24 hour notice since it takes a day to heat pool) BOTH is $135 per day and have to be purchased for entire stay. NO PETS /$300 additional cleaning fee will be charged. * After dates for Airbnb is confirmed (outside the 48 hour rule for cancellation), dates cannot be changed to shorten stay. If requested, I will have to deny the change. Please understand that when you book, you block in dates that could have been booked by another guest.
