Screened back porch, enclosed reading porch, W/D, Roku TV, WIFI, fireplace. Master has queen, second BR has 2 twins. Sit on the front porch to watch the sunset or enjoy it from any of the front rooms! Relax on the back porch, watch the huge pecan trees sway in the wind or listen to rain on the metal roof. We kept various interesting elements found on the farm to use in the house décor. An antique stove was turned into our hot beverage center. The refurbished Hoosier style cabinet offers a place to set your serving dishes in the casual dining room. Most of our paint colors reflect the time period that the house was built. Custom end tables & side table/writing/laptop desk were made from farm wood. Comfy sofa and a fireplace in LR. Side porch is set up as a reading room with rocking chairs. Back porch has dining table and conversation seating area. Ceiling fans throughout and on back porch. Hardwood floors. New tile floors in kitchen and bath. Granite counter tops. There are steps to get into the house and one step up from each porch. You are welcome to stretch your legs by taking a walk on the farm. The back section is a lovely, quiet, large, open space; a great spot to get away from it all. There is a short trail through the woods. Visit the chickens and turkeys or check out the fruit trees, berries, fig trees, and whatever else is growing. Enjoy a few fresh farm eggs from our chickens if you'd like! Beautiful hydrangeas, gardenia and azaleas surround the house. Two parking spots next to the house. Whether you are in the area for a reunion, wedding, funeral, golf tournament, college visit, girls' weekend or you just want to get away from it all, this is the perfect place! Guest access You are welcome to walk our property. There is a GIS map in the house. Please stay on our land only and refrain from entering any buildings, greenhouse without us. Please do not enter the animal fencing unless accompanied by owners. Other things to note Any stay 14 days or over will require a mid stay clean and incur a second cleaning about midway and another cleaning charge.
