Please handwash the dishes Temperature Control Information: Temperature is centrally controlled by the host; guests do not have the ability to adjust it. November to March: Heating is maintained between 21–23°C. June to August: Central air conditioning is on. As this unit is on the basement level of a duplex, temperatures typically range between 20–22°C. This is the lower unit of a triplex, so it is naturally cool. There is paid laundry onsite. Washing is $5 and drying is $4. Laundry is shared with two other units. Please note that this is the lower unit of a triplex so there is some potential for noise from upstairs. This includes footsteps and some talking. Please note that the home is currently listed for sale. This will not impact your stay; however, you may notice a “For Sale” sign at the front of the property. In the event that a showing is required, we will always provide advance notice and coordinate to minimize any disruption. There is no dishwasher in the unit. Please handwash the dishes We provide limited quantities of basic items to get your stay started, including toilet paper, paper towel, soap, salt and pepper, sugar, tea, and coffee. Should you require more, please plan accordingly. We will be onsite for outdoor property maintenance. This includes snow clearing and general groundskeeping. For stays over 28 days a separate lease is required to be e-signed by you prior to check in and to receive check in instructions. By booking this home you accept the terms and waive the host and co-host for any liability. We take no responsibility for any slip and fall incidents at the property. We have arranged for snow removal. However, we take no responsibility if snow is not removed on time or there is a fall and slip instance at the property.
