The space The entire Manor has recently been renovated by an interior designer. Le Manoir Ducey can accommodate up to 16 people over three floors. (For additional guests, please enquire) There are 6 spacious and luxurious bedrooms with Queen size beds and ensuites, including two cast iron baths. The master bedroom even comes with its own Romeo and Juliette-style balcony. The dormitory on the top floor can sleep 6 to 8 people. The living spaces include high-quality furniture. The kitchen has all the latest amenities and appliances, a large central island, and a piano cooker for all you foodies! The outside space is entirely private, with a surrounding garden wall, wooden terrace, and very large but elegant swimming pool. Outdoor seating areas and a barbecue are also provided for those hot summer afternoons relaxing by the pool. The pool is open from May to September. Can. be heated from Juin to August. 24C• Max We reserve the right to disable the pool heating system in case of low outdoor temperatures. Free WIFI, TV (Netflix, Disney+, OCS), Marshall speaker, outdoor shower, and laundry facilities are available. We have dedicated spaces for all your presentations, speeches, and team-building activities for business and events. At your disposal are chairs, tables, projectors, screens, and speakers. We can also provide outside infrastructures and catering upon request. If there's anything else you might need, let us know before your arrival. We will do our best to accommodate your requests. Paris-Ducey: 3-hour drive Calais Ferry-Ducey: 4h30 drive Airport Dinard-Ducey: 40 min drive Paris-Villedieu-les-poêles: 2h50 train +20 min drive to Ducey Free secure parking is available with automatic closing gates (4 cars max). Free parking 20 meters from the property. Once you arrive in the charming village of Ducey-les-Chéris, all main attractions are within a 30-minute drive: Le Mont-Saint-Michel, les plages du débarquement, Granville, Saint-Malo, Cancale... Local French restaurants, bakeries, and grocery stores are all within walking distance. A charming little food market with all the French delicacies you could ever ask for is set up every Tuesday morning from 7 am to 1 pm. You will find a supermarket at the exit of the village and many other shops and services in the neighbouring town, Avranches (10mn by car). Enjoy a leisurely stroll by the historical landmark "Le Château des Montgomery" and lose yourself in the quiet canals and labyrinth of quaint bridges.
