Room in quiet, residential home

Single room in a quiet residential home, with access to shared living room, kitchen, bathroom, patio, and yard. 30 minutes from Portland, and easy access to coastal Maine. The space This is a private room in my house, but please be aware the common spaces including living room, kitchen, and bathroom are all shared. The backyard has a large patio, a small firepit, and faces a wooded park. You are welcome to use and share any of the common spaces and amenities during your stay, including the TV with Hulu and Netflix, Fridge, Stove, Patio, and firepit. The house is about a 30 minute drive from Portland and there is easy access to Route 1 along the Maine coast. There are many easy hiking trails, ocean access, and a few state parks within a half hour drive. COVID: I am fully vaccinated and expect all guests to be fully vaccinated as well. If it makes you more comfortable, I can wear a mask in shared spaces. I take a Covid test at least once a week at my job. Guest access The house is in a residential neighborhood, about a mile from downtown Brunswick. There is a large private driveway to park in and plenty of additional free street parking. Easy access to Route 1 to follow the coast North, and a half hour south to get to Portland. During your stay This is a shared space so we are likely to run into each other, but I will do my best to respect your privacy. Alternatively, I am happy to hang out and socialize if that is what you are looking for. I love to cook and if you would like a fresh, home cooked dinner, just let me know ahead of time! I work full time on weekdays and may be in and out at other times. Feel free to ask before booking if you'd like to know how much I will be around at any specific time.
