Amazingly Simple 2 Bedroom/1 Bathroom BASEMENT

This is for the basement only, low ceiling (6ft 6in). Quiet neighborhood and free street parking only. The basement has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, living room, and wet bar area. I live upstairs with my dog. The basement has self check in entrance with keypad. I just renovated the basement so please keep in mind there might be some marks on the wall. My home is 10 minutes from Clarendon and 8 minutes from DC. You might be able to check in early, please message me first. The space The basement is spacious but low ceiling (6ft 6in). The basement has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, living room, and wet bar area. In the wet bar area there is a stacked washer and dryer, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig and sink. I also have a few mugs, dishes, and cleaning supplies of what I can spare in the basement as well. You may also hear creaking from myself or others walking on the first floor as the house is old. Each bedroom has an armoire that has space to hang clothes with 2 drawers, another dresser, smart tv (just sign into your account for Netflix, Disney+, and others) and full size bed with extra sheets under the bed. There are also extra blankets in the dresser. In the living room there is a sofa, smart 55 inch tv and small dining table that can also be a work station. There is a small heater in the basement just in case. Shampoo, plastic silverware are some of the things I try to provide if I can spare it so please keep that in mind. The keypad code for the basement entrance and the wifi information can be found in the house manual which you will be able to see after booking. I do not charge a cleaning fee so please keep the place as clean as possible so I don’t have to start charging a cleaning fee in the future. Guest access There is free parking in front of the house, and free wifi. The basement has its own entrance with a keypad so you have self-check in. Other things to note I do have a dog, he is a rescue. I also like to walk my dog in the morning and occasionally leave him in the gated backyard.
