Since October 2021, we have been offering a luxurious loft apartment with high-quality amenities in our newly built wooden house. From the silver fir shingle facade to our real wood parquet, there is nothing missing to make you feel good. Our solid wood walls not only offer an optimal indoor climate for allergy sufferers, but also give our guests the feeling of experiencing nature within their own four walls. The space Our vacation home is located between Sonthofen and Oberstdorf in the small village of Hinang. A fantastic mountain view of the Alps awaits you. The loft apartment not only invites you to cook together, but also offers you plenty of space to feel good on 100 square meters. A baby bed with bed linen and a high chair can be provided on request for a one-time fee of €10. Guest access Parking is available right by the house. A basement compartment offers additional space for skis and hiking boots as well as other equipment. We offer a cleaning area for dirty equipment as well as a washing machine and dryer, for a small fee. Other things to note E-bikes: Bike enthusiasts can rent our in-house e-MTBikes in S, M, and L. These can be booked separately by sending us a request. A tourist tax of €2.20 per person aged 16 and over or €1.10 per person aged 6-15 per night is also due upon arrival. For this, the Allgäu-Walser-Card is available to you during your stay, which allows many discounts here in the region. During the Christmas holidays, as well as during the vacation months, we have a minimum stay of 7 nights - shorter stays and weekend bookings are available on request.
