This property is close to downtown Rogers and centrally located to those visiting Bentonville, Fayetteville, Eureka Springs, War Eagle or Hobbs State Park. It is a short walk to the water where guests can fish or swim. The space This property sits high above the waterline with great views of the lake. From the upper deck you can watch, from above, the birds flying through the wooded canopy. Guests can enjoy the private sauna located in the primary residence. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property which includes the primary residence and yard. Guests also have direct access to the lake from the property. Other things to note This property has quite a few stairs and high patios. Those with mobility issues may not enjoy the property. There is a baby crib and a high chair! The house is NOT CHILDPROOF, though.
