A spacious air-conditioned apartment in Rainbow Shores Resort located just 300m from the soft sands of the famous Rainbow Beach. The resort boasts both a lap pool and lagoon pool and a new outdoor heated spa, suitable for all ages along with an impressive tennis court. The space This three bedroom, two bathroom apartment is located on the second floor with a large balcony which overlooks the lap pool and is surrounded by rainforest. The extra large master bedroom has a king size bed, daybed and ensuite. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and opens onto the balcony. Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed. The living space and full kitchen are well suited for entertaining whether it be with friends or family. The resort is located 1.5kms from the lively Rainbow Beach township which has plenty of options for cafes, pubs, eateries, shops. Access the local beach by foot at the end of the street (300m), with 4WD beach access only a few minutes drive. Note: we have installed 3x reverse cycle air conditioning units however we jus haven't had the chance to take updated photos showing the units. All bedrooms and the living area have also had new ceiling fans installed. Guest access Guests have full access to resort facilities including lap pool, lagoon pool, bbq area, outdoor heated spa, tennis court and table tennis table.
