You won’t find distractions like television or Wi-Fi here, allowing those in pursuit of a digital detox a haven in which to re-awaken their connection to nature. Don boots and walk over to Chedworth Roman Villa or just explore the rolling Cotswold hills and woodland valleys all around. Plenty of local hostelries within a 10min drive. A breakfast hamper will be delivered to your door each morning 😊 The space Relax in your very own romantic shepherds hut situated on the edge of a cotswolds vineyard. The space enjoys a king sized bed, woodburning stove (logs supplied) and a modern shower room. There is enough space for a couple of comfy chairs inside for you to relax in front of the fire - or outside - as there is no light pollution - enjoy stargazing on clear nights while being warmed by the outdoor firepit (firepit depends on weather and currently may not be available due to risk of wildfires in the area- please check availability before booking). There are even owls to hoot you to sleep - please remember to switch off the outside light before you go to bed so you don't disturb them! Guest access there are fantastic walks all around the area but if you want to go and visit the quintessential cotswolds villages like Bibury, Bourton-on-the-Water and Stow on the Wold or even Cheltenham, you will need a car. There are very few taxis and no public transport in the area. There is a great pub - within a 5 minute drive from the hut which serves excellent wood-fired pizza all week or the next village Northleach has several excellent pub restaurants and a superb wine bar. Free Parking is on the little road in the lay-by just by our entrance gate. As we are a working vineyard please make sure you are wearing suitable footwear! trainers, wellies or walking boots are recommended! Other things to note For security, the vineyard gate is always closed and locked. You will be given an access code for the padlock when you arrive.
