We also ventilate the premises for at least an hour and allow at least 3 hours to pass before the new guest arrives. ═════════════════════════════════════════════════ Other things to note ● TOURIST TAX: This is a mandatory tax required by the Municipality of Sauze d'Oulx from all accommodation and hotel facilities, to be paid to the person in charge of check-in, equal to €1/day per person, for stays from December 1 to April 30. Children under 12 years of age are exempt. ● SUBLETTING: it is not allowed to sublet the apartment to third parties, nor to host other people besides those declared at check-in without the authorization of the manager. ● IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENT: it is the manager's obligation to report the personal details of each guest to the State Police (Ministerial Decree of January 7, 2013) through a telematic procedure, therefore it is necessary for guests to provide a recognized and unexpired identification document (Identity Card or Passport) at check-in. ● CHANGE OF SHEETS/TOWELS A standard supply of duvets/sheets/bedspreads/pillowcases plus a set of 3 towels is provided for each guest. The change is not included in the cost that AirBnB offers. ● ELECTRICITY for stays longer than two weeks, electricity consumption is paid separately, at a cost valued according to the rates applied by the Operator during the period of stay (e.g. reference price in October 2022: €0.45/kWh). ● OTHER Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. ═══════════════════════════════════ OTHER INFORMATION Extremely strategic and unique● location in Sauze d'Oulx: in front of the slopes, and a few meters from the start of the chairlift, in the town center and close to all the main services (within 100 meters you will find, for example, several ski rentals, sports shops, ski lift ticket office, ski schools, supermarket). ● If you ski, you can go down to the internal ski-box to change and pick up the equipment and after a few meters you are already on the Clotes slope! On the right, a treadmill will take you effortlessly directly to the start of the Clotes chairlift. ● For children who want to have fun in the snow a few meters away, the same treadmill is free, with the bobsleigh track next to it. Or you can let them have fun at the "La Libellula" baby parking just 30 meters away. ● For those who do not want to ski but enjoy the mountains, sun and snow, 450 meters down the road (6-7 minutes walk) is the Sportinia chairlift that leads directly to the plateau of the same name (at 2137 meters above sea level), a meeting point for skiers, with numerous bars and restaurants.
