EV Drivers: The house has a newly installed 40 amp Level 2 J-1772 & NACS electric vehicle charger! The Tesla Universal Wall Connector allows any J-1772 or NACS compatible EV to charge at a rate of 9.6 kW! This is 3x faster than the Blink chargers at Canaan Valley & Blackwater Falls State Parks. The space Our cabin is nicely appointed with comfortable furniture and appliances. The heart of the cabin is the open plan Great Room which contains the granite & stainless kitchen, living room and dining area. The Kitchen is well stocked for gourmet cooking with high-quality equipment including new Frigidaire Induction Range/Convection Oven, new LG French door refrigerator; new Premium cookware; new Premium Bona Vita drip coffee maker; new Baratza Grinder and a new Keurig coffee maker. New quality knives have been added and the existing ones sharpened. A propane grill is also available for grilling on the deck. The Great Room has a gas fire place, vaulted ceilings and large windows which reveal a south-facing view of the woods and valley. A large dining area with a large communal table. It also has walk-out deck access. Adjacent to the Great Room is a Master Bedroom with King bed, a 2nd Bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds, and a full bath. Stairs take you up to the Master Suite and there is another suite on the Lower Level with a full size bed, and bathroom with a walk-out deck. The washer & dryer are on the lower level. Guest access The house is located in Black Bear Resort where you will be free to enjoy the resort amenities including new pickle ball and basketball courts, corn hole sets, 9-hole mini golf, catch & release fishing ponds, fire pits and easy access to hiking & biking trails. The pool is being renovated and is expected to open by June 30, 2024. All resort amenities are located a short walk from the house. Other things to note Parking & Driving: There is parking for 3 on the parking pad in front of the house and additional parking a short walk up the street. During winter the resort plows the roads but there are some modest hills. Although a front-wheel drive vehicle probably will not a problem, you might want to consider bringing chains just in case. Again, the resort maintains, plows and spreads gravel on the roads, so it's most likely not going to be an issue as long as your tires are decent. EV Drivers Rejoice!!
