The space Lake House offers 4 Bedrooms and 1.5 Baths. 1 King, 2 Queens, and one room with Bunk Beds offers 2 Doubles and 4 Singles (sleeps 8). Cottage comfortably sleeps 12 adults and 2 children. Guest access 1.5 Hours from Toronto, 30 Minutes from Barrie, and just 5 minutes off Highway 11. Ideally situated by the famous Weber’s Burgers and Starbucks, perfect for a quick lunch trip. Minutes from Burrito Boyz, Subway, Tim Horton’s, Candy Shoppe, and LCBO. 10 Minutes from Orillia, and 20 Minutes to Casino Rama. Skip the Dishes and Uber is available in area. If you decide to bring a boat, closest boat lunch is 5 Minutes away (3489 Hedgemere Landng, Orillia) for GPS directions. Guest have access to the entire cottage. The garage is the only inaccessible space. -All guests have Direct Water Front Access. Lounge on the Dock or explore on a Tandem Kayak and/or 2 Paddle Boards (Paddles and Life Jackets Supplied) -Have a fire at night and relax on the Muskoka Chairs (Fire Wood is Supplied) -Cook a Savoury Meal on the Weber BBQ (Propane, Brushes, and Tools Supplied) -For relaxation or fun, warm up in the Hot Tub. -Full Use of Dishwasher, Washer, and Dryer.
