Hi. Since I am often traveling on business, I rent my super nice, modern and centrally located 2-room apartment to travelers from all over the world. The apartment is one minute from the subway station, in 10 minutes you will be at the central train station and trade fair. The airport can also be reached in 20 minutes (1x transfer). In the immediate vicinity there are a variety of cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and shops, the Zeil (pedestrian zone) is a 10-minute walk. The space The apartment has - almost 70 square meters, spread over two large rooms (bedroom and living room) - Kitchen with dishwasher, induction stove and oven / dryer in the hallway - Bathroom with daylight and a bathtub - and a large hallway - Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment BEDROOMS The bedroom is equipped with a large, cozy box spring bed and is located in the quiet backyard (sleeping with open windows possible :-)). In the bedroom there is a closet area where you can put your things. The room has blackout curtains, so it is nice and dark when sleeping. LIVING ROOM The living room has a large, very cozy couch, a large TV with digital TV, Amazon Prime and Sky (so if you like to watch Bundesliga on Saturday, feel free :-)). In the living room there is a large dining table. KITCHEN The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking. There is an induction stove with oven, various kitchen appliances, dishwasher and washing machine, which can be used if necessary. There is also a dryer for laundry. In the kitchen there is a small cozy dining table where you can have a wonderful breakfast for two in the morning. BATHROOM The bathroom has a bathtub, daylight and is modern and functional. The whole apartment is at your disposal during your stay. LOCATION The apartment is located in one of Frankfurt's most popular areas - the Nordend. Berger Strasse with a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants is 1 minute away. On Berger Strasse, there are also all other shops serving daily needs, pharmacies, cleaning, etc. The famous Friedberger market, which takes place every Friday, is right around the corner. This weekly market is very popular with locals and tourists. The weekly market in Bornheim Mitte takes place every Wednesday and Saturday. Regional products can be bought here. The Zeil, the main shopping street in Frankfurt, is a 10-minute walk away. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment is also the Bethmannpark, where you can sit comfortably in the sun in the greenery. Guest access The apartment is on the third floor of an apartment building. The apartment is best reached by public transport (U4 subway, Merianplatz station, is 2 minutes away. Parking is possible in the street and direct neighborhood, but there are some residents' parking spaces, so finding a parking space is not so much fun. The key is handed over by me personally. I will then gladly show you the entire apartment and give you a few tips for beautiful Frankfurt. Other things to note Please note that this is NOT a classic apartment, but an apartment where I live most of the time. Therefore, my private things will also be in the apartment. Please respect my privacy during your stay. The apartment is located in a quiet apartment building, therefore NO party. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
