Just up the hill from Zilker Park, ACL Festival, and Barton Springs enjoy the local Austin experience in this one-of-a-kind Casita Hideaway. This tiny home is the perfect spot in the heart of Austin, Texas. The space Our Casita is a small (tiny home) guesthouse located on the side of our main house. It fits 1-2 people comfortably. Please note the size in the pictures to ensure you are booking the perfect sized place for you. It is 200 square feet😊 The bed seen in photos is a queen size, formatted sideways to allow for more room in her space. You will have your own bathroom, with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, a blow dryer, and a steamer for your clothes. The space does have a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig, TV, space heater, and a small table with stools. Guest access Guests will have access to the full Casita, as well as the graveled backyard space. Other things to note FOR EVERYONE: To lock the door, be sure to click the lock icon on the keypad outside the door. Don’t lock the door from the inside or you will lock yourself out.🔑 Please do not leave the door open - this does make the AC unit go nuts and may break on your stay. We will have to add a $500 fee if this happens. Please don’t make us have to do this. It’s awkward for all parties involved. 😭 We provide plenty of Makeup💄 specific towels. Please do not use the white towels to take off your make up, more often than not the stains won’t come off and we do have to dispose of them. If our cleaner finds makeup stains on the white towels, you will be charged a fee to replace them. IF YOU’RE BRINGING PETS🐶: If bringing your pets, there is a $39 pet fee that will be added to your reservation. We love pups (and kitties) and we have two ourselves (1 kitty!) Please be mindful and pick up any business💩 that is left by your pup in the backyard, and throw it away in the tan trash can near the driveway. The front yard with the beautiful green grass, is not ours (it’s our neighbors). They are ok with pups stopping by to “smell the roses”, but they ask that they do so on-leash. 🌺 If pups are going to be left unattended in the casita, please bring a kennel with you, for them to stay in, while you are out. Please do not leave your pets unattended in the backyard. Do not let them scratch at the door to let them in, once their done doing their business. If this happens and we see scratch marks on the door, we will have to repaint the entire door and be forced to add a $100 fee after your stay. Please don’t make us have to do this. It is, again, awkward for all parties involved. Lastly, we felt this was common courtesy, but after a few visits we do have to make it a rule. Please don’t let your pets on the bed if their paws are dirty. We will gladly provide you with towels to wipe their paws, just ask us. We don’t want to have to ask to not let your pups on the bed because that is ✨CRAZY✨. Please help us out. If they need a play date, let us know!
